It goes without saying that it isn’t “business as usual” at our smoke and vape shop but more like “business unusual” instead. While our lobby remains open for our customers to come inside, we know that many are still weary which is why we will continue to offer curbside pickup for the foreseeable future. For those that choose curbside, we’ll make it as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is call our smoke and vape shop at (682) 477-2237 with your order, let us know when you’ll arrive, and our staff will have everything ready for you. (Please note: you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID to purchase anything in our store.)
For our customers that opt to come into our store, we want to reassure you that our staff will be wearing face masks and we respectfully ask that our customers do as well. If you don’t have a mask, we should have some available to purchase. Our staff will be cleaning and sanitizing our smoke and vape shop multiple times per day especially where contact is unavoidable like on credit card machines. We are only allowing 5 customers at a time to be in our shop and we ask that they maintain social distancing with other people in the store which is 6 feet away. Lastly, we are asking that our customers refrain from touching any products on our shelves unless you plan on purchasing it. We’re not trying to be jerks about it but honestly our staff is already super busy with all of the new procedures we have in place due to COVID-19.
