On January 2nd, 2020 the FDA announced that they will impose a “temporary” ban on all flavored vape pod refills. With the exceptions of tobacco and menthol flavored vape pod refills, Smokers Heaven smoke and vape shop will be removing all other flavored vape pods from our shelves in compliance with the ban at the end of business on January 31st, 2020. In the meantime, we will be marking all flavored vape pods down to clearance sale prices to allow our customers to stock up before the ban takes effect. We apologize for the inconvenience but we will have to comply with the FDA’s ban even though we strongly disagree with the logic and reasoning of it.
